CT Jamboree 2010 Registration
CT Jamboree For Multiple Sclerosis Take the Challenge:
Ride the Colorado Trail for The Heuga Center
All riders are required to register online! For planning purposes, registration must be completed no later than Friday, July 9th 2010. This year’s ride is limited to sixty people and it is anticipated that these spots will fill quickly. To reserve a spot, a a $100 non refundable registration fee. This amount will be applied to your overall fund raising contributions (i.e. you will need to raise a minimum of $400 in addition to your registration fee to meet the minimum required contribution of $500).
Each rider will be required to fill out a Model release form stating that any pictures taken while participating in CT Jamboree can be used without their permission. A liability release form must also be signed stating that the ride, the ride organizers or its sponsors are in no way responsible for anything that may happen to your person, gear--or your feelings.
